Families are invited to attend our Academic Community Night on Wednesday, January 27th , 6:00pm-8pm. Meetings begin in the school cafeteria. This is an important opportunity for parents to learn more about graduation requirements, courses for next year including opportunities for students to earn college credit while in high school, and for seniors – information about Financial Aid for training after high school. Many of our teachers will be on hand to share course requirements and discuss how students may prepare for ACT and EOC state testing. Counselors are planning mini-sessions to provide information about: Finding Financial Aid for post-secondary education (Library); and Completing FASFA forms (computer lab) needed for grants, financial assistance and TOPS or TOPS Tech Awards. For 10th and 11thgrade parents – information will be presented about dual enrollment classes and career training at Cuillier Career Center. Parents of students in honors classes may meet with the IB coordinator to learn about expectations for 11th and 12th grade honors/IB students.
