ACT Test Day Tips
• Get plenty of rest the night before test day.
• Eat a high protein, complex carbohydrates, low sugar breakfast. For example: whole wheat toast with peanut butter and a banana, or a multi-grain biscuit with eggs and bacon. Stay away from sugary sweets.
• Bring snacks or drinks to consume outside the test room only during the break.
• Arrive on time.
• Be ready to begin testing after everyone has been checked in and seated.
• Leave your cell phone at home.
